Every suite comes with 4 waterpark passes, except for the Loft Family suite, which comes with 6 waterpark passes.

You are guaranteed to purchase up to 2 more passes at $12.00 + tax per person per day and up to 4 more with the Loft Suite at $12.00 + tax per pass. Additional passes are based on availability and are sold at full price.

We do sell waterpark passes, but please call ahead for availability. Please refer to Waterpark & Arcade page for pricing.

Spectator passes are available for $12.95+tax for any non-swimmers, and any children ages 3 and younger would be free for park access.

Yes, check-in is at 4pm for the rooms but you may come as early as 1pm to use the waterpark (depending on the waterpark hours that day). Checkout is at 11am but you may still swim after checkout until the waterpark closes.

Yes, daily locker rentals are available just outside of the waterpark entrance, and towels are complimentary for use throughout your visit.

You must be at least 16 years old to purchase a pass and be in the waterpark without adult supervision.

We do have a limited amount of life jackets that are free of charge to use.

We do not allow any carry-ins or coolers, but we do have a concession stand in the waterpark with a limited menu and drinks.

All of the rooms at Tundra Lodge are non-smoking.

We do not have any adjoining rooms, but we may be able to have your rooms close together.  Please request this at the time of reservation.

Yes, every room has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

We do not allow pets

We do not have continental breakfast. See our "Dining" tab for our restaurant service hours.

Yes, we have FREE wireless high-speed Internet access throughout the resort!

The water temperature is a warm 82 degrees.

We do not have a daily shuttle.

As long as you have secured your reservation with a valid credit card, we will hold your room for late arrival. If you are not here by 6pm on your arrival day, we will authorize your credit card in order to continue holding your reservation.

These requests are based on occupancy. We will do our best to accommodate but these may not always be available.

A $25 processing fee will apply to all weekend reservations and other high demand periods such as Spring Break, Winter Break, etc. Less than a 48-hour notice will result in the cost of the full night's stay. For Home Packer Games, reservations are non-cancellable, nonrefundable and a deposit for the full amount is taken at time of booking.

Yes, we have a fitness center on the first floor with treadmills, an elliptical machine, bench press, bicycle and free weights. It is open 5am-11pm.

Yes, we have 2 washers and 2 dryers available for guest use. These are located on the 3rd floor east wing. It is $1.00/wash and $1.00/dry per cycle. We have laundry detergent and dryer sheets for sale in our gift shop.

The Resort Fee is a daily fee of $24.95 (plus applicable tax) to cover costs associated with providing our guests with the highest level of service and amenities. 

The Resort Fee helps support items such as:

• Access to our Waterpark, during your stay, based on open waterpark hours (visit our website for waterpark hours of operation-they do vary by season)
• Complimentary life jacket use in the Waterpark
• Complimentary pool towel use in the Waterpark
• Complimentary arcade access (visit our website for arcade hours of operation- they do vary by season)
• High-speed wireless internet access in guest rooms, public space and conference center
• Wide variety of TV channels including some High-Definition channels
• Complimentary self-Parking
• Complimentary in-room Coffee
• Complimentary use of Business Center
• Complimentary Fitness Center
• Complimentary local, calling-card and toll-free telephone calls
• Complimentary incoming faxes
• Complimentary Concierage services
• Access to our Sundries/GIft Shop & Guest Laundry

From there, we will ask for a description of them item as well as your contact information. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation, and a copy of the form will be sent to our team to investigate.
