You are guaranteed to purchase up to 2 more passes at $12.00 + tax per person per day and up to 4 more with the Loft Suite at $12.00 + tax per pass. Additional passes are based on availability and are sold at full price.

Yes, check-in is at 4pm for the rooms but you may come as early as 1pm to use the waterpark (depending on the waterpark hours that day). Checkout is at 11am but you may still swim after checkout until the waterpark closes.

Yes, daily locker rentals are available just outside of the waterpark entrance, and towels are complimentary for use throughout your visit.

You must be at least 16 years old to purchase a pass and be in the waterpark without adult supervision.

We do have a limited amount of life jackets that are free of charge to use.

We do not allow any carry-ins or coolers, but we do have a concession stand in the waterpark with a limited menu and drinks.

All of the rooms at Tundra Lodge are non-smoking.

We do not have any adjoining rooms, but we may be able to have your rooms close together.  Please request this at the time of reservation.

Yes, every room has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

As long as you have secured your reservation with a valid credit card, we will hold your room for late arrival. If you are not here by 6pm on your arrival day, we will authorize your credit card in order to continue holding your reservation.

These requests are based on occupancy. We will do our best to accommodate but these may not always be available.

A $25 processing fee will apply to all weekend reservations and other high demand periods such as Spring Break, Winter Break, etc. Less than a 48-hour notice will result in the cost of the full night's stay. For Home Packer Games, reservations are non-cancellable, nonrefundable and a deposit for the full amount is taken at time of booking.

Yes, we have a fitness center on the first floor with treadmills, an elliptical machine, bench press, bicycle and free weights. It is open 5am-11pm.

Yes, we have 2 washers and 2 dryers available for guest use. These are located on the 3rd floor east wing. It is $2.00/wash and $2.00/dry per cycle. We have laundry detergent and dryer sheets for sale in our gift shop.

The Resort Fee is a daily fee of $25.95 (plus applicable tax) to cover costs associated with providing our guests with the highest level of service and amenities. 

The Resort Fee helps support items such as:

• Access to our Waterpark, during your stay, based on open waterpark hours (visit our website for waterpark hours of operation-they do vary by season)
