Every suite comes with 4 waterpark passes except for the Loft Family suite which comes with 6 waterpark passes.

You are guaranteed to purchase up to 2 more passes at $10+tax per person and up to 4 more with the Loft Suite at $10+tax per pass. Additional passes are based on availability and are $20.95+tax per pass.

The waterpark is open by 9am Friday - Monday. During school in-sessions, the park closes early on Mondays and all day Tuesdays for maintenance. The park is open by 3:30pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The park closes between 9 and 10pm. Please refer to our waterpark calendar for hours on a specific date.

We do sell waterpark passes, but please call ahead for availablity. Day passes are $20.95+tax per person. During school sessions, we have a 1/2 day special Sundays after 12pm, Wednesdays and Thursdays after 3:30pm and Fridays after 3pm in which passes are $11.95+tax per pass.

We have chaperone passes that are free of charge if you are just watching but will not be in the water. Children ages 3 & under are also free and do not require a waterpark pass.

Yes, check-in is at 4pm for the rooms but you may come as early as 1pm to use the waterpark (depending on the waterpark hours that day). Checkout is 11am but you may still swim after checkout until the waterpark closes.

Yes, lockers are available for .25 cents and towels are available as well.

You must be at least 16 yrs old to purchase a pass and be in the waterpark without adult supervision.

We do have a limited amount of life jackets that are free of charge to use.

We do not allow any carry-ins or coolers, but we do have a concession stand in the waterpark with a limited menu and drinks.

All of the rooms at Tundra Lodge are non-smoking.

Yes, every room has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

We do not allow pets, but we will be more than happy to find the nearest kennel to accommodate your pet.

Yes, you can purchase our breakfast buffet on Saturday & Sunday mornings. We have a continental breakfast every day of the week for a small fee.

Yes, we have FREE wireless high-speed internet access throughout the resort!

We do not have a daily shuttle but would be happy to arrange transportation for you.

As long as you have secured your reservation with a valid credit card, we will hold your room for late arrival. If you are not here by 6pm on your arrival day, we will authorize your credit card in order to continue holding your reservation.

These requests are based on occupancy. We will do our best to accommodate but these may not always be available.

Yes, we have a fitness center on the first floor with treadmills, an elliptical machine, bench press, bicycle and free weights. It is open 5am-11pm.

Yes, we have 2 washers and 2 dryers available for guest use. These are located on the 3rd floor east wing. It is $1.00/wash and $1.00/dry per cycle. We have laundry detergent and dryer sheets for sale in our gift shop.
